Telestat 6 Features Upgrades

Group Wallboard

The Group Wallboard allows you to show different departments' call statistics in real-time quickly and directly. Ideal for a set-up in view of everybody to increase productivity and encourage staff competition, and/or on your PC where you can keep an eye on bottlenecks or over staffing. Several of our customers use it with an single person in each group for even more granular stats. The Group Wallboard can also display an image file every x seconds, this could be a customer welcome message or your company logo, this also helps to reduce screenburn.

New Report

We have added a new report showing extension activity (In/Out/Unanswered) of one or more extensions, this report can also be grouped by extension. The look of this report is much like the real time view in the report generator. Very useful for showing individual productivity and producing a single itemised bill.

Update Function

We have added this function to quickly and painlessly update Telestat to the latest version (providing your maintenance is in date). Before the update is downloaded you will be shown a list of new features and bug fixes so you can decide if this update is of benefit to you. We will also send out an email (like this one) periodically to keep you informed.

Real Time Statistics

The Real-Time Statistics module allows you to keep track of a number of extensions in real-time and provides more detail than the Group Wallboard. The Group Wallboard shows you the number of calls, the Real-Time Stats module shows you max costings from the person and the group as well as average ring time and the total duration. Used in conjunction with the Group Wallboard and/or the Real-Time Graph module (below) you have some very powerful, visual and instant reporting functionality.

Real Time Graph

The Real-Time Graph module shows you similar data to the Real-Time Stats module but in a completely different way allowing you to quickly visualise performance at a glance. Watch productivity soar after putting this on a LCD TV Wallboard! The module can be configured to scroll through a number of extensions every x seconds, so that the screen does not become cluttered.
